About Your Visit
Dr. Sackman and the professional staff at Enhancements provide the comforting and personalized atmosphere of a small town family practice with the expertise and quality service of a sophisticated urban center.
Your Attire
Dress comfortably. Please leave at home any rings or other jewelry, which you might lose. Some procedures cannot be performed if you are wearing jewelry, and we wouldn't want your valuables to be misplaced.
Cancellations of scheduled procedures
We understand that circumstances may arise which would require you to cancel your appointment. If you must cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will result in a service charge of 50% of the scheduled procedure.
Time of Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled procedure time.
Cell Phones
Please silence all cell phones and pagers once inside our facility to preserve the comfort of our other guests.
Children
We regret that we are unable to look after your children during your procedure. Please bring a babysitter with you, or arrange to leave young children at home.
Gratuities For Your Technician
While never suggested or expected, you may show your appreciation if you wish.
Returns
Skin Care Products and Makeup may be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit on your account.
Payment
We accept cash, personal checks (with proper identification), and credit card (Visa or MasterCard). payments. We also participate in the Care Credit patient financing program.
Gift Certificates
Enhancements Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at Enhancements at the time that service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen gift certificates can not be replaced.
